Mike Turner is a senior business leader, executive advisor, and growth strategist with more than 16 years of experience across B2B SaaS, financial technology, enterprise sales, consulting, marketing, and organizational leadership. His career reflects a strong focus on driving sustainable growth, aligning strategy with execution, and supporting organizations through complex decision-making environments.
Mike currently serves as a Corporate Account Executive at Sage, a global leader in financial management software. In this role, he partners with CFOs, controllers, and executive teams to modernize financial operations, improve visibility, and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes. His work includes executive discovery, solution design, strategic alignment, and negotiation within mid-market and enterprise settings.
In parallel, Mike is the Founder and CEO of Integrity Marketing Consulting, where he advises business owners and leadership teams on growth strategy, revenue systems, branding, and execution. His background includes building enterprise partnerships, developing B2B sales strategies, and leading go-to-market initiatives across multiple industries. Earlier in his career, Mike held roles with organizations such as AT&T, Rakuten (Cartera Commerce), and Thumb Friendly, where he led client growth initiatives, negotiated strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 brands, and drove retention and long-term value creation.
Mike is also deeply committed to leadership development and effective communication. He currently serves as President of a corporate Toastmasters club for the second consecutive year, leading executive committees and supporting professionals in building confidence, executive presence, and decision-making skills. His leadership contributions have earned multiple honors and speaking achievements.
