✔ Expand Dedicated Day capacity to serve 150+ patients annually by 2027 through increased volunteer recruitment and operational refinement.
✔ Grow Dedicated 365, building a base of 100+ monthly givers providing predictable, year-round funding that sustains operations and enables long-term planning.
✔ Expand to new cities in Alabama, replicating the Dedicated Day model in 2 to 3 new underserved communities per year, bringing free dental care to uninsured and underserved adults across the state.
✔ Strengthen medical-dental integration, deepening partnerships with medical providers, including AltaPointe Health Systems, to address the intersection of oral health and overall health.
✔ Build a patient referral network with social service agencies, shelters, and community health centers to reach those most in need.
